Flat Roof Windows
Get a QuoteFlat roof windows transform any space, offering a contemporary way to flood rooms with daylight while maintaining a clean, architectural finish. Whether you’re refurbishing a home or enhancing a commercial premises, these sleek, minimalist glazing systems create a brighter, more inviting environment while reducing your reliance on artificial lighting.
Why Choose Flat Roof Windows?
Investing in flat roof windows isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about enhancing how you experience your space, day in and day out. The benefits go far beyond the surface, from improved energy efficiency to better air quality.

Boost Natural Ventilation
Overhead glazing can be specified to open, encouraging fresh air flow through your property. This is especially valuable in kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-humidity areas, where air circulation helps create a healthier and more comfortable environment.
Amplify Natural Light
Flat roof windows are specifically designed to bring in maximum daylight. The result? Interiors that feel open, spacious, and effortlessly connected to the outdoors, no matter the time of year.

Reduce Energy Consumption
By drawing on natural light from above, these rooflights reduce the need for electric lighting during the day. That means lower energy bills, fewer emissions, and a more sustainable building.
Built for British Weather
Our flat glass rooflights are constructed using thermally efficient glazing and durable aluminium frames. Engineered to withstand the elements, they deliver excellent insulation and peace of mind year-round.

Flat Roof Window Styles to Suit Every Space
No two buildings are the same, so we offer a diverse selection of flat roof window styles to suit a wide range of requirements.
- Framed Rooflights: Featuring a visible perimeter, framed rooflights offer outstanding strength and stability, making them a popular choice for properties in exposed locations or with high wind loads.
- Frameless Rooflights: Frameless designs deliver a striking, uninterrupted view of the sky, with glass that appears to float seamlessly above the room. They are perfect for modern builds and minimalist interiors.
- Fixed Rooflights: Designed solely to introduce light, these non-opening models are ideal for hallways, stairwells, and rooms where airflow isn’t essential but brightness is key.
- Opening Rooflights: For spaces where both light and ventilation are important—such as kitchens or workspaces—our opening rooflights provide the best of both worlds. Choose from manual or electric options.
- Walk-On Rooflights: Built for strength and safety, walk-on models are ideal for roof terraces, balconies, or internal floors. They bring in light without compromising usable space above.
